Subscription FAQs

To subscribe to Limecube, go to the top admin menu:

  1. Click More > Profile > Plan Details
  2. Choose the plan and period you want
  3. Choose the payment method that suits
  4. Checkout

If your trial has expired, you may need to wait up to 30 minutes while the payment processes fully, to access the admin area again.

#How much does it cost?

Limecube subscriptions are monthly or annually with no lock in contracts.

Once payment has been activated under your account:

  • Limecube will then automatically deduct your fee based on the period (monthly or annually) as you have selected.
  • Every period from the signup date Limecube will automatically take funds out, and send you an invoice.
  • This will continue until the subscription has been cancelled or the site deleted

Yes! You can change, switch and upgrade your plans at any time under the Administration panel.

When you subscribe with Limecube, you are not under a contract meaning that you can cancel your subscription at anytime using our Profile panel.

We do not offer refunds for the cancellations of any subscription.

To change your account ownership you'll need to:

  1. Update your profile details to reflect the new owner's details. Learn how here.
  2. Cancel your payment method, and have the new owner add their payment details on. Learn how here.
  3. If you purchased a domain through Limecube, update the details in the registrant settings. Learn how here.

Also if your email address does not stay with the new owner, don't forget to update email addresses in the website and any contact forms.
