Creating Social Media Buttons

Limecube makes it easy to add social media buttons that link to your profiles. These buttons can appear in the header, floating on the side of the browser, or in the footer — wherever works best for your design.

1Log in and select 'More' → 'Administration'
2Choose 'Settings'
3Scroll down to the 'Social' section
4Select where you want the buttons to appear (header, floating, footer)
5Toggle on the platforms you use
6Enter the full URL for each profile (e.g. https://facebook.com/yourbusiness)
7Click 'Save'

Available Platforms

Limecube supports links to: Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Weibo, Vimeo, TripAdvisor, and TikTok.

Styling Your Buttons

1Go to the page editor
2Locate your social icons on the page
3Hover over them to reveal the styling wheel
4Click the colour wheel icon to open the style editor
5Adjust button size and icon colour to match your design

Blog social share buttons are different from profile links — they let visitors share your blog post content directly to their own social media feeds.

1Go to 'More' → 'Administration' → 'Settings'
2Scroll to 'Blog social buttons'
3Choose display position (above or below posts)
4Click 'Save all'

Only add social buttons for platforms you actively use. Empty or outdated social profiles look unprofessional. Focus on 2–3 platforms where your audience actually engages.
