Bookings Integrations

5 min readUpdated 7 August 2026
Let visitors book appointments, tables or tickets without leaving your site.

Adding a booking system

  1. 1In the editor, open Add Elements and choose Booking Plugins from the Basic group.
  2. 2Drop it where you want the booking form to appear.
  3. 3In the panel, headed Booking Engines, pick your provider under Choose your booking engine.
  4. 4Fill in what it asks for.

Supported providers

D4W, Eventbrite, Healthengine, HubSpot Meetings, MINDBODY, OpenTable, Quandoo, Setmore, Software of Excellence, the Fork, Timely and Other.
Most simply need the Embed code from your provider's dashboard. Four work differently:

Healthengine

Enter your numeric Practice ID (from your Healthengine dashboard) and pick a Button style: Style 1 to 4 are inline buttons, or Fixed (sidebar) pins the booking widget to the right-hand edge of the screen.

Quandoo

Enter your Agent ID and Merchant ID, both of which are numbers you'll find in your Quandoo dashboard. There's no embed code to paste.

HubSpot Meetings

Paste your full meetings link (for example https://meetings.hubspot.com/your-calendar). Despite the field being labelled 'Embed code', it's the link you want, copied from your HubSpot scheduling page settings.

Timely

Choose Display as:
  • Booking button: enter your Timely username and pick a Theme (Light or Dark). Opens Timely's booking flow over your page.
  • Embed code: paste Timely's embed code to show the full calendar inline.
Not listed? Choose Other and paste your provider's embed code. You can also embed a booking widget through the Integrations element's Custom Code option.

Tips

  • Your booking form won't appear in the editor, and that's normal. Several providers (HubSpot Meetings especially) only load on the live site, so always check the published page.
  • Use the code from your own account, not a sample from your provider's documentation, or it won't be linked to your business.
  • Dental practices: D4W and Software of Excellence codes usually come from your account manager rather than a self-service dashboard.
  • If a booking widget doesn't appear, the most common cause is a partly copied snippet, so recopy the whole thing.
