Ecwid is a popular e-commerce platform that you can integrate directly into your Limecube website. This gives you a fully featured online store without needing to build one from scratch.
How to Add the Ecwid Integration
- 1Click 'Add element' in the page editor
- 2Drag 'Integrations' to the part of the page where you want your store
- 3Select Ecwid from the dropdown under integrations
Step 1: Create an Ecwid Account
Before you can integrate Ecwid with Limecube, you need an active Ecwid account. Visit the Ecwid website to sign up and configure your store, including products, pricing, and shipping options.
Step 2: Find Your Ecwid Embed Code
Once your Ecwid store is set up, locate the embed code in your Ecwid dashboard. This code is what connects your store to your Limecube website. Ecwid provides instructional resources to help you find this code.
Step 3: Insert Your Embed Code into Limecube
With the embed code copied, return to your Limecube editor and paste it into the Ecwid integration element. Save your page and preview it to confirm the store displays correctly.
Consider placing your Ecwid store on a dedicated page (e.g. 'Shop') so visitors can browse products without distractions. You can link to it from your navigation menu.
