Cannot Log In?

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. 1Confirm you are using the correct login method (email or social login)
  2. 2For email login, ensure your password is entered carefully and correctly
  3. 3When copying and pasting passwords, check there are no extra spaces at the start or end
  4. 4Try resetting your password if the above steps do not resolve the issue

Resetting Your Password

  1. 1Locate 'Lost/Reset Password?' beneath the login button on the login page
  2. 2Enter the email address your Limecube account is registered under
  3. 3Click reset
  4. 4Check your inbox for a reset email (allow up to 5 minutes)
Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the password reset email within 5 minutes.

Email Not Recognised

If the system does not recognise your email address, check for typos. If there are none, that email does not have a Limecube account — try other email addresses you may have used when signing up.

Error on Password Reset

If you see the message 'This account was created with a Google social login, and the password cannot be reset here', your account uses Facebook or Google authentication. Limecube does not store password credentials from social logins.

Changing Social Login to Email

  1. 1Navigate to your profile page > 'User info' tab
  2. 2Under the 'Email' field, click the 'Disconnect my...' button
  3. 3You will be automatically logged out
  4. 4Return to the login page and use the password reset option to set a new password
This action cannot be reversed once completed. If you have multiple sites on Limecube, this process needs to be repeated for each site you want to disconnect, as it only affects the site you are currently on.
