To modify your account details such as name, email, or password, navigate to More > Profile. This article covers each tab on the profile page.
User Info Tab
Available Settings
- 1Profile photo — appears in the admin top-right corner and beside your blog author name when enabled
- 2Site name — typically your company name
- 3Show on blog — displays your photo at the bottom of blog posts with your author name
- 4First and last name — connected to invoices and Limecube communications; also displays as blog author
- 5Email — used for login and billing/transactional emails
- 6Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — sends a verification code via email upon each login attempt
- 7Login restricted IP — restricts access to a specific IP address
- 8Tax Identification Number (TIN) — displayed on your invoices
- 9Billing info — appears on your invoices
Two-factor authentication is a recommended extra layer of security that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised logins. Check your junk mail if 2FA codes do not arrive in your inbox.
IP restriction is unsuitable if you log in from multiple locations or have a dynamic home internet IP address, as it will lock you out.
Password Tab
Set a secure password combining uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using names or birth dates. This tab also shows your login history (last 5 logins with IP addresses) to help identify any unauthorised access.
Account Tab
The Account tab provides the option to delete your account. For full details on deletion, see Deleting Your Site.
Deleting your account is irreversible. Only proceed when you are completely sure.
Plan Details Tab
View your current plan, payment details, and access invoice links. To change plans, see Changing Plans.
Sharing Account Access
Limecube does not have a multi-user feature — only a single account can access your website. Sharing login details grants full site access. Approved agencies are exceptions. Be careful when sharing credentials and use a unique password.
If you have shared access with someone and later want to revoke it, simply reset your password via the login page.
