Payment Methods

Limecube provides two payment options: credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard) processed via Stripe, and PayPal. Access payment setup via More > Profile > Plan Details in the top menu.

Subscriptions

Payments support monthly or annual billing frequencies. During trial periods, a 'Subscribe' button appears at the bottom of the page for logged-in users.

  1. 1Select your plan and billing frequency
  2. 2Choose 'Pay with Credit Card'
  3. 3Enter your card details
  4. 4Click 'Save card' to complete the transaction
  5. 5An invoice will arrive within one hour
If your trial has expired, processing may take up to 30 minutes before you regain access to the admin area.

PayPal

PayPal enables payment via credit card, debit card, or bank account without sharing financial details with the merchant. You do not need an existing PayPal account — a 'No PayPal account? Pay using your credit or debit card' option appears during checkout. Currency support varies by region.

Updating Your Credit Card

  1. 1Navigate to Dashboard > Edit site > More > Profile > Plan Details
  2. 2Locate and click 'Replace card'
  3. 3Enter your new card details
  4. 4Submit the form to save

Checking Payment Details

To view your current payment details, navigate to More > Profile > Plan Details. For credit card payments, you can see the last 4 digits and expiry date of your card on file. PayPal users should check their PayPal account directly to review billing agreements and payment history with Limecube.

Switching Payment Methods

Switching between credit card and PayPal (or vice versa) requires logging a support ticket with the Limecube team. This cannot be done self-service through the admin panel. Contact support and specify which payment method you would like to switch to, and the team will arrange the change for your next billing cycle.

Cancellations

Limecube does not provide refunds for cancellations. Cancellation is managed via the subscription screen in your profile. For more details, see Deleting Your Site.
