When you subscribe with Limecube, you are not under a contract — you can cancel your subscription at any time using the Profile panel.
Limecube does not offer refunds for the cancellation of any subscription. For security reasons, Limecube cannot delete your account or cancel your subscription on your behalf.
Account Deletion Walkthrough
Closing Your Account from the Page Editor
- 1Navigate to More > Profile > Profile in the top menu
- 2Click the 'Account' tab
- 3Select the 'Click to delete' button
- 4Confirm the deletion request
- 5Your site is deleted (your account is removed if this is your only site)
Deleting an Individual Site from the Dashboard
- 1Log into your Limecube account
- 2On the dashboard, locate the site you wish to delete
- 3Click 'Click here to delete site'
Once your site has been deleted it is permanently removed and cannot be restored. If you have multiple sites, deleting one does not affect the others.
Cancelling Your Subscription
There are two methods to cancel your subscription:
Method 1
- 1Delete your website via More > Profile > Account Tab > Delete Site
Method 2
- 1Navigate to More > Profile > Plan Details
- 2Scroll down and click 'Click to cancel your plan'
When you cancel your subscription (without deleting), your site is scheduled for deletion after the current billing period expires.
Automated System Cancellations
If a payment fails, there is a 14-day grace period before your site is scheduled for deletion. Restoration after deletion may be possible but involves additional fees.
