Overview
Websites occasionally experience downtime for a variety of reasons. Before raising a support request, wait at least 10 minutes — most issues resolve quickly. Limecube aims for 99.99% uptime during a month, which is equivalent to around 7–8 minutes of downtime.
Your Domain Has Expired or Has DNS Issues
If your site is down, an expired domain or DNS misconfiguration is a common cause. Check your domain status with your registrar and renew it if necessary. Ensure your DNS settings are correctly pointing to Limecube — see Connecting Your Domain for setup instructions.
Google Cloud
Limecube operates on Google Cloud infrastructure. Despite being a top-tier hosting platform, occasional technical difficulties beyond Limecube's control can occur. These are typically resolved very quickly.
Limecube Technical Issues
While rare, Limecube may experience occasional downtime affecting one or multiple sites. The support team is usually aware of issues before customers report them. During outages, please be patient — responding to individual tickets can delay the resolution effort.
Subscription Has Expired
An expired subscription may cause your site to go offline. Check your account status and refer to Subscription FAQs for details on renewing your plan.
Wait at least 10 minutes before raising a support request. If the issue persists, create a support ticket with details about when the outage started and any error messages you see.
