Generate an original image from a description, without stock photos or a designer.
Getting started#
Open the File Manager and choose the AI Images tab. It walks you through three steps.
Step 1: What are you creating?#
Pick a category:

Each then offers optional sub-types. Product Shot, for example, gives you White background, Lifestyle / in use, Flat lay, Close-up detail, Minimal studio and Outdoor setting.
Step 2: Style and description#
Pick any number of styles: Clean & minimal, Bold & graphic, Fresh & natural, Dark & moody, Soft & pastel, Corporate, Vibrant & energetic, Warm & friendly, Professional, Luxurious, Playful, Adventurous.
Then choose an Aspect ratio (Auto, Landscape, Portrait or Square) and describe what the image should show, in up to 200 characters. Be specific: 'A smiling barista serving coffee at a cosy cafe counter, warm morning light' works far better than 'coffee shop'.
Under Advanced options you can also set a Colour tone to tint the image towards your brand colours, or upload a Reference image (max 10MB, JPEG/PNG/WebP). HD Quality produces one larger, more detailed image instead of two, and takes longer.
Step 3: Generate#
You'll get two images per generation (one in HD). From the results you can Preview them full size, Download them, or ask for Variations of one you nearly like. Click Add to my site to use your chosen image.
Credits#
Each generation uses AI credits from your site's balance, and the cost is shown before you click. Your remaining balance is always displayed at the bottom of the wizard. If you run out, the generate button is replaced by Buy AI Credits. Failed generations don't cost you anything.
Where your images go#
Every image is saved automatically, as soon as it's generated, into a folder called ai-generated in Your Images, even the ones you don't pick. Nothing is lost if you close the wizard or change your settings.
Tips#
- Describe the scene, not the style: you've already chosen the style with the buttons above. Use your 200 characters on what's actually in the picture.
- Generate a few times. AI images vary; two or three runs usually produce something better than the first.
- Use Variations when an image is close but not quite right, rather than starting again.
- Check faces and text carefully. AI is still unreliable with both, so avoid images where a readable sign or a clear face matters.
- Credits are shared with Limecube's other AI features.
