Overview
Limecube currently supports verifying your domain with a CNAME record. TXT record verification is on the roadmap and will be supported soon.
Verify Your Domain with a CNAME Record
Steps to Add the Verification Record
- 1During Google Workspace sign-up, you will reach a domain verification screen
- 2Select 'CNAME' from the record type dropdown
- 3Note the CNAME Label/Host and CNAME Destination/Target values provided by Google
- 4In another browser tab, log in to Limecube and access the domain management panel
- 5Click 'Manage DNS' for your domain
- 6Click the 'Create dns' button
- 7In the popup, set the record type to CNAME, paste the Label/Host into the Name field and the Destination/Target into the Content field, then save
- 8Allow 2–24 hours for the DNS record to synchronise across the internet
- 9Return to Google Workspace and click Verify
It may take 2–24 hours for your domain's verification record to fully sync across the internet. If verification fails, wait longer and retry. If you are still having trouble, create a support ticket.
