Invoices are automatically generated after each successful payment. You can access them via the payment confirmation email or by logging into your Limecube account. The support team cannot manually download invoices on your behalf, but you have full self-service access.
Accessing Your Invoice History
- 1Sign in to your Limecube account on the main website
- 2From the Dashboard, select 'Edit' for the relevant site
- 3In the Page Editor, navigate to More > Profile > Invoices
- 4Use the 'Download' icon to retrieve the PDF or the 'Print' icon for direct printing
- 5Invoices are organised monthly and contain tax-relevant information
Printing Invoices — Help Video
There can be a delay of up to 24 hours between receiving the payment notification email and the invoice appearing under your account.
Password Reset and Logging In
If you cannot access your account to view invoices, see the How to Login guide for password reset instructions and troubleshooting tips.
Download your invoices regularly and store them with your financial records. They contain all the details needed for tax reporting and expense tracking.
