When logging a support request, please have your support code handy. Your support code can be found at the bottom of your site in the footer when you are logged in.
Logging a Support Ticket
You can log a support request by clicking the 'Open a Support Ticket' link in the support centre. Include your support code and a clear description of your issue to help us resolve it as quickly as possible.
When You Can't Use the Support Code
For certain requests, the email address you use must match the account owner's email. This applies to the following types of requests:
Account-Verified Requests
- 1Change of account ownership
- 2Account detail updates
- 3Private account matters
- 4DNS changes
- 5Any deletion requests
If your email address does not match the account owner's email, we will not be able to process these types of requests. This is for the security of your account.
Keep your account email address up to date via your profile settings to avoid issues when contacting support.
