Pointing Your Domain

Modify the A Record

Update the A Record in Wix

1Log in to your Wix account and navigate to your domain management settings
2Locate the existing A record for your domain
3Edit the A record and enter <code>35.197.188.96</code> as the IP address
4Save your changes

Configure the CNAME Record

Update the CNAME Record

1Locate the CNAME record section in your Wix DNS settings
2Enter 'www' for the hostname
3Enter your root domain (e.g. yourdomain.com) in the 'Points to' field
4Save your changes

Time Delay

It may take 2–24 hours for your domain to fully point to Limecube, depending on your domain registrar. During this period, some visitors may see the new site while others still see the old one.

Wix domain connections may have limitations depending on your Wix plan and configuration. If you encounter issues with DNS propagation or domain forwarding, consult Wix support directly for assistance with their platform-specific settings.
