When logging a support request, please have your code handy.

Your support code can be found at the bottom of your site in the footer, when you are logged in.

When you can't use the support code

If you are logging a support request for the items below, and your email address logging the request does not match the account owner's email address, you cannot request any information or changes.

  1. Change of account ownership
  2. Account detail update
  3. Any other private around the account details
  4. Any DNS changes
  5. Any requests for any type of deletion
