Crazy Domains: DNS Settings

Step-by-step instructions for updating your Crazy Domains DNS A records to point your domain to Limecube.

These instructions apply only when your domain uses Crazy Domains' default nameservers. If you are using third-party nameservers, you must update DNS records through your nameserver provider instead.

Pointing Your Domain#

Update DNS Records in Crazy Domains

  1. 1Log in to your Crazy Domains account and select your domain
  2. 2Navigate to the DNS Settings section
  3. 3Click the hamburger menu, then select 'Add Record'
  4. 4Choose 'A Record' as the type and click 'Add'
  5. 5Leave the subdomain field blank and enter 35.197.188.96 as the IP address
  6. 6Add a second A record with subdomain 'www' using the same IP address 35.197.188.96
  7. 7If existing records point to a different IP address, replace them with 35.197.188.96
  8. 8Click 'Update' to save your changes

Time Delay#

It may take 2–24 hours for your domain to fully point to Limecube. During this period, some visitors may see the new site while others still see the old one.
