SEO Dashboard

4 min readUpdated 1 March 2026
The SEO Dashboard has been designed to give you an overall quick health check of important aspects of your site that can affect SEO. It provides at-a-glance metrics across several key areas.

Page Indexation

These numbers indicate how many of your pages Google and other search engines are able to list in their results. Higher indexation means more of your content is discoverable.
This shows you how many broken and redirected links exist in your site. This is dependent on having run the Broken Link Checker first.

Duplicate Content

Displays the percentage breakdown of duplicate content and coverage of missed heading tags (H1, H2). This is also dependent on having run the link checker. For guidance on proper heading structure, see Titles and Headings.

Meta Status

Shows how many empty meta titles and descriptions exist across your site. Complete meta information helps search engines understand and rank your pages.

Setup

Three Setup Requirements

  1. 1Google Analytics — connect your analytics account for traffic data
  2. 2Schema markup container — structured data to help search engines understand your content
  3. 3robots.txt file — controls which pages search engines can crawl

Images

This section provides an overview of large images that will slow your pages down, as well as images missing alt text, which is important for both SEO and accessibility.
Run the SEO Dashboard regularly to track improvements. Address issues in priority order: fix broken links first, then complete missing meta tags, and finally optimise images.
