Subscription FAQs

To subscribe to Limecube:

  1. Click More > Profile > Plan Details in the top admin menu.
  2. Choose your plan and period.
  3. Select a payment method.
  4. Checkout.

If your trial has expired, you may need to wait up to 30 minutes while the payment processes fully, to access the admin area again.

Subscriptions are for each website, and not account based.

Subscriptions are available monthly or annually with no lock-in contracts.

Once payment is activated, Limecube will automatically deduct the fee based on your selected period. This continues until you cancel the subscription or delete the site.

A subscription is connected to a single site. If you want to add extra sites, each of these will require their own subscriptions.

Yes, you can change or upgrade plans anytime under the Administration panel.

You can cancel anytime using the Profile panel. Note that refunds are not offered for cancellations.

Cancellation can only be processed by you the subscriber, and not Limecube staff on your behalf. While cancellations are automated, the system can take up to 2 hours to fully process it with your payment method provider. This means if you cancel your subscription within a 2 hour window before your subscription is due to renew, you may still be charged for the next subscription, and this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

When you cancel, your site remains active until your subscription period has ended.

To change account ownership:

  1. Update profile details for the new owner. Learn how here.
  2. Cancel your payment method and have the new owner add theirs. Learn how here.
  3. Update registrant details if you purchased a domain through Limecube.. Learn how here.
  4. Update email addresses in the website and contact forms if necessary.

Yes, customer support is available with all plans. We encourage our users to first consult our AI ChatBot or Support Centre articles before reaching out for support.

The level of support may vary depending on your subscription. Support is also subject to a fair use policy.

Limecube accepts major credit cards and PayPal for subscription payments.

Yes, Limecube supports integration with various third-party services and tools. Refer to the integration page for more information.

Yes, you can use your existing domain with Limecube. You'll need to update your domain's DNS settings to point to Limecube's servers. Learn how here.

Users must delete extra pages before subscribing. Limecube does not automatically delete pages to avoid removing the wrong ones.

To delete a page:

  1. Go to the ‘Page Editor’ from the Header.
  2. Right-click on the three dots that appear when you hover over the page to delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up warning.

Note: Deleting a page is irreversible. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us!

At this time it is not possible to transfer a subscription from one site to another.

Sometimes, when a payment fails, your bank may show a temporary 'pending' transaction. This can be confusing, but the amount is not actually deducted from your account and will disappear after a period of time. Please check with your bank for more details. If the bank confirms payment actually has been deducted, contact our support team for assistance providing screenshots from your bank showing the transaction details.

Adding an Extra Site to Your Limecube Account

If you want to add an additional website to your existing Limecube account, follow these steps:

  1. While logged into the page editor: On the top menu, click 'More' > Dashboard
  2. Click the 'Create new site' button: Follow the same quick process you did at the start, and our AI will generate a new design, new content, and new images for your website. Important: If the content on your original site was not what you wanted, make sure to check the industry you entered, and change the keywords/description you enter to be clearer for the AI in your new site.

The next time you login or visit the Dashboard you'll see your extra sites you'll be presented with the list of sites you have created under that account.

There is no limit to how many sites you can create under your account.
